Mango Lassi


Feel like being fried in a wok when it is piping hot during the summer?
I find this drink more relishing.
  • Slice the mango and grind it to a pulp in a blender
  • Add 2 tbsp of plain yogurt (curd)
  • Add Salt per taste
  • Blend them all again
  • Add ice cubes and serve chilled
