Here you go, Sakuntala. Hope that helps. grind: 1 tbsp coconut powder, 2 garlic, 4 spring mint, 3 greenchilly, half red onion soak 1.75 cup of rice in equal amt of water for 30 mins oil+pattai+lavangam+briyani leaf+malli moku+ sombu+garlic-ginger paste 1.5 tbsp+ground paste saute till oil oozes onion+veges(beens, potato,carrot)+salt+0.5tbsp sakthi briyani masala saute till masala disappears/coatswell tomato saute well add 1.75 cups of water let it boil for 2mins add drained water, check for salt add rice cover and cook for 7 mins till crater forms simmer to low and leave for 10mins toast bread and add and cover and keep off stove for 2 mins before serving
