Idli - 2

idli rice - 2 cups

methi - 1 tsp
water - 4 cups (soak the above for 5 hrs & grind with cooked rice - 1/2 cup )
urad dal - 1 cup
water 2 cups (soak the above for 3 hrs)
grind well and mix. ferment overnight
