Idli - 2

idli rice - 2 cups

methi - 1 tsp
water - 4 cups (soak the above for 5 hrs & grind with cooked rice - 1/2 cup )
urad dal - 1 cup
water 2 cups (soak the above for 3 hrs)
grind well and mix. ferment overnight

  • oil+mustard+sombu+pattai+seeragam (kala)+seeragam+curry leaves+onion(2)+salt+turmeric+3 bell pepper (baji type)+valakai+tomato(1.5)+ 1 tsp paprika+0.5tsp red chilly pdr+4 tsp dhania pdr+0.5 tsp cumin pdr+1/4 cup of grated coconut pdr+3 cups of water+5 whistles
