Idiyappam - Rice Noodles (இடியாப்பம்)


My All time favorite! Idiyappam... oh it takes me to my childhood memories.
My mom used t make it on most Sundays.. My job is to squeeze the dough through the mould. That was a touch job but trust me, it is worth the taste.
Recently my friend showed me an easy way to make this delicious dish. With all thanks to her, let me share the procedure with you.
You got 15 minutes? Well then consider that you got the idiyappam..eh not really, if you did not have the flour and/or mould.. but I guarantee it takes only 15 minutes all in all to get the dish done.

You need the proper mould, idli vessel, steamer vessel, and idiyappam flour.
