Oh, you are making a very pregnant woman hungry! Your curry looks just like my mother in laws (she is from the Kerela/Tamil Nadu border town of Bodinayakanur. Her gravy does have coconut - oh and its to die fore with idlis!!! Will you mail me some?? :)) I`ll mail you some very wonderful American baked goods!
Thanks. For a min, I was thinking of ways to mail you the curries for real! :-) My mom too adds coconut to all curries. I tend to avoid it becoz of concerns about cholesterol. You got a great blog. Best wishes for your littlest miracle.
