If you have left over Dosa Batter, just add Ragi flour to it and make this nutritious and tasty Ragi Dosa.

If you have left over Dosa Batter, just add Ragi flour to it and make this nutritious and tasty Ragi Dosa.
- Mix 1/4 cup of Ragi Flour in little less than 1/2 cup of water into a thin batter
- To this add about 6 laddles of Regular Dosa Batter
- Add little salt (as per taste)
- Optional: Add 1/2 tbsp of Flaxseeds (Fine ground flour)
- Mix them all well and make thin crispy Ragi Dosa!
- Serve it with any Curry, Podi or even Sugar.
