Ragi Dosa

Makes About 8 Small Thin Dosa.

A very easy and tasty preparation! My DH loves it. :-)
If you have left over Dosa Batter, just add Ragi flour to it and make this nutritious and tasty Ragi Dosa.
  • Mix 1/4 cup of Ragi Flour in little less than 1/2 cup of water into a thin batter
  • To this add about 6 laddles of Regular Dosa Batter
  • Add little salt (as per taste)
  • Optional: Add 1/2 tbsp of Flaxseeds (Fine ground flour)
  • Mix them all well and make thin crispy Ragi Dosa!
  • Serve it with any Curry, Podi or even Sugar.
